Terms of Service

Blaze Travel Mate ("Blaze", "we", "us") is operated by Nadia Santucci, a sole trader (the "Seller"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity on your account. You must be 13 or older to use Blaze, and you confirm you have authority to accept these terms.

2. Your content

Trips, itineraries, documents, expenses and other data you add are yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them so the app can function. We will never sell your data.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Blaze to break the law, infringe rights, upload malware, send spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access (including scraping, probing, or reverse engineering). We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and payments

Blaze Pro is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or yearly). Pricing is shown on the upgrade page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings or via your Paddle receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which cover payment, billing, tax, invoicing and related matters.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund through Paddle.

6. Intellectual property

The Blaze software, branding, and documentation are owned by the Seller. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Blaze within the limits of your chosen plan. No resale, redistribution, or circumvention of technical limits.

7. Availability & warranties

Blaze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to keep it running but can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Account deletion & termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or fraud/security risk.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means acceptance.

10. Apple App Store users

If you obtained Blaze Travel Mate from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard EULA also applies and forms part of your agreement with us. Apple is not responsible for the app or any claims arising from it; we are.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
