Blaze Travel Mate is operated by Nadia Santucci ("we", "us"). We want you to be happy with your purchase.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Blaze Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at hello@zekiwellness.com and we'll arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings inside the app, or via the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
