Delete your account

Effective immediately, no recovery

You can permanently delete your Blaze Travel Mate account and every piece of data we hold about you at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Blaze Travel Mate and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings from the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All trips, itinerary items, and shared links
  • All uploaded travel documents
  • All expenses, budgets, and packing lists
  • Your stored preferences

Deletion happens immediately. We do not keep backups of personal data after the deletion completes. Anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@zekiwellness.com from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
